My experience at Residence INN was above and beyond. The hotel was really nice, and clean, the room were spacious. It was in a good area near shopping centers and with a good view. Breakfast was amazing very delicious and employees super nice! My kids loved staying will totally come back. 100% recommend it!

We loved everything about this place! The breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of choices, the staff were friendly and so helpful, our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the pool was the cherry on top. The location is fantastic (we walked to shops and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to everything else).

The suite was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a teen. We stayed for several days and we all had plenty of space.

Besides it smelling heavenly, its a very lovely quiet clean and peaceful place. the staff is very professional and all the workers do their job great. The hotel building is pretty distanced from any possible disturbances(like the public), yet it’s only a few minute drive from the beautiful Redlands shopping center which is full of good stores. The pool and basketball court were lots of fun, very neat. Along with the breakfast which was better than what most other hotels have to offer.

Room was spacious and clean. We lobed the layout and amenities. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us to a restaurant upon our late evening arrival.

I love everything about this place. It's beyond my expectation. The staff are very helpful, the location is great, close to shopping center, the in-room facilities are complete. It has apartment facilities like stove, plates, cutleries, etc. I loveee it!

The hotel was immaculate and the room was very nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good, lots of options.
